Our programs

Five areas of work, built to meet people where they are and grow with them.

  1. Kid FinPrep

    Coming 2027

Kid FinPrep is our first named program: a practical grounding in money for young people. Earning, saving, budgeting, and the everyday decisions that compound over a lifetime — taught in plain language, built around the choices participants actually face, and delivered with partners who work in the field. Two cohorts are planned for 2027.

    • Money fundamentals
    • Saving and budgeting
    • Everyday financial decision-making
  2. Youth Workforce Readiness

Our workforce readiness programs equip youth and adults with the skills needed to navigate various careers. Participants gain exposure to professional environments, mentorship, and practical tools for success.

    • Career exploration
    • Professional skills
    • Confidence and leadership development
  3. Arts & Creative Development

We support creative expression and talent development in arts and entertainment, helping communities explore their creativity while building discipline, collaboration, and self-expression.

    • Creative skill-building
    • Artistic confidence
    • Exposure to creative industries
  4. Leadership & Life Skills

Leadership development is woven into all our programs. We help participants build communication skills, decision-making abilities, and a sense of responsibility to themselves and their communities.

  5. Community Engagement & Walks

Through community walks and engagement initiatives, we create opportunities for connection, dialogue, and shared purpose, encouraging healthy lifestyles and community pride.

Programs begin as pilots

We start small, listen to the people in the room, and scale what works. That keeps our costs lean and our programs answerable to the communities they serve.
